There is a reason everyone is talking about embodiment.
With the surge of the online spiritual movement last decade we missed a BIG piece of what actually needs to happen to materialize more of our soulful evolution as women.
For embodiment to happen we actually have to take some sort of action in the physical to ground the insight or higher wisdom.
That’s why becoming embodied is often the most challenging piece because we are integrating at the physical body level, the most dense level of integration - and yet once you’ve embodied something it’s complete - you have it.
When there is a gap between what we want and who we're being called to be next it’s because we’re not embodied —YET.
But just thinking and dreaming about what you want and who you desire to be next will not create the embodiment needed to create the shifts in the physical world for the experience you desire next.
If you're thinking, desiring, receiving insights, reading a ton but not implementing, and downloading higher wisdom but not taking any action to honour any of the new ways of being to support It, you're not doing the work needed to embody the changes that would create your desired outcome or allow you to naturally attract with ease.
This can be frustrating and can create a BIG gap between our soul level desires and the experience we are currently having.
So! As we approach the midway mark for the season of dreaming, start feeling into that women you're being called to be and what new ways of being will support you in becoming a more embodied version of her... then do it!!
And it’s not just action for the sake of action — forging forward on your path that creates embodiment it’s integrating NEW ways of BEING that begin to shift your vibration into alignment with who you need to be to become an energetic match for your dreams.
Start opening the path from right there taking slow and steady integrated action and watch your life and business begin to shift into alignment with your 2020 vision.

Unearthing Secret Desires For 2020 (& The Real Reason Women Avoid Claiming What They Really Want)
So love, I wanted to drop a note and share with you what I have been witnessing as a theme this 2020 New Year.
It’s the power of Unearthing Our Secret (often HIDDEN) desires. Desires are a funny thing.They ultimately connect us to the very core of a life that truly lights us up as sacred women, AND always leads us into more of our evolution - YET it can be scary to claim them.
DESIRE is the very essence of the primal creative energy that wants to express itself through us, paving the way for an experience that allows us to more fully experience our divinity here in this physical form. We get to if we choose birth ourselves a NEW over and over again. Yet, you know- it’s not always been safe for women to powerfully land in our sovereignty harnessing our full capacity to create a life based on our deepest feminine desires, and SO we often hide desires that feel stretchy in the secret corridors of our soul.
Our conscious mind loves to keep us safe - from the visible expression of secret desires that have the potential to take the experience of our true self to the next level.
I see this happen with women in their lives & business around:
different program offers
new ways of showing up (a secret desire to teach or mentor on a certain topic or to be SEEN as an expert)
the creation of a certain amount of money that would open them up for more travel or pleasure
more intimacy with their partner
a child
or more time for themselves and their creativity
a business venture or vision they have to create new streams of income.
Our secret desires can lurk beneath the surface of life unnoticed in many ways, and there are many reasons why women dance around their deeper secret or hidden desires without fully claiming them.
Here Are A Few:
If you claim your secret desire you may have to show up more fully, and more visibility.
Our desires ultimately at every level of expression ask us to claim more space in the physical world in some way in some capacity as we bring the unseen into the seen this is a natural consequence. I see it over and over again. The world around her will have to adjust and that means doing a journey that will require her to shift the pieces of her world to support this new secret desire.
It also means showing up, deciding your going to bring forth this deeper desire, and believing in your ability to create something that ultimately might push your edge of what you believe you are capable of.
Do it anyway! That edge is where the growth is. Once that desire is claimed, magic begins to unfold to support you, and you are on the evolutionary track of your highest authentic expression in this lifetime.It may mean asserting new boundaries around your time, focus and attention.
This can mean negotiating more time with a partner that doesn’t want to give up his/her personal time in order for you to create the space you need to nurture your deeper desire.
Do it anyway! A true deeper desire is meant for you. Life will shift to support you, grow you, and evolve you into a more fulfilled version of the woman you were born to be. THAT impacts everyone around you. It benefits all. Choose you! It’s safe.It often means ASKING for MORE of what you want.
Using your voice to ask for more of what you want (and even right here there are often layers of blocks for women around guilt, permission, rejection, and worthiness issues especially if you have JUST asked for life in the home to support your evolution).
Giving voice to our deeper secret desires means that the “the cat is out of the bag”. We have very visibly expressed the truth of what we want and who we are being called to be.
Do it Anyways! Whether it’s stating a clear intentions to the universe for what you secretly want OR your asking for what you want in a relationship whether it be time, money or a new way of being in the dynamic — the same thing applies: Be clear. Be open to negotiate (the universe may have a request for you to play a bigger game as you grow into becoming an energetic match for your desire), be patient, but DO NOT comprise the decision you have made to bring your desired outcome into reality.And, finally… feeling safe in our ability to examine, clarify and claim our desires is often at the root of these and many other reasons women have difficulty unearthing secret desires.
This can be dissolved by finding spaces or creating safe spaces that allow you to drop into your inner world feeling loved, safe and held. Sacred spaces are easy to create through intention, prayer, and sacred objects.
Finding places that nourish like nature or other sanctuaries for the soul allow our feminine essence to feel open, and expansive naturally being able to drop in more fully to the voice of the soul.
Finding people who can hold a loving non judgemental space for us as women (often times another woman who can relate to our journey, challenges and fears) allow our essence to feel held as we unravel layers of fears and blocks.
These of course are just some examples of what women come up against that can prevent her from seeing fully the truth of what she REALLY REALLY wants next.
As we embark on this 2020 year - I truly feel this to be the year where women are being asked to GO BIG & AIM HIGH.
We are powerhouse creators, and many of us are being called at this time to birth ourselves into extraordinary versions of our soulful feminine self. We have for many of us far more resources and opportunities then our feminine lineages ever had.
This is our time.
Let’s write a NEW herstory by giving ourselves full permission to dream bigger than we (or our feminine lineage) ever has.

Trust yourself in business. Your perspective, vision and intuition ARE your greatest resources.
After 9 years on my sacred path as a feminine entrepreneur one of MY #1 lessons is to trust myself over any prescribed formula, system or business model that doesn't truly feel good to me.
PLEASURE is my compass - and I've learned to follow it, trust it, and allow it to lead - IN BUSINESS.
Every time I do - it creates success. This month I am breaking another financial record in my business!
When I don't trust myself, (and my pleasure to lead) I loose momentum, and never see the results I want.
Yesterday I was talking to a women who had just graduated form my Feminine Phoenix Rising 9 Moon Soul Initiation Program, and she commented that now she understands why I am SO about stepping women into their authentic leadership and getting them to trust their own business vision, ideas and strategies.
Generally women have a sense of what works for them whether it's a program layout, aligned course creation, or a business model that works for them.
What I often see happen is that they don't trust their own impulse.
Then then spin their wheels.
Feel stuck.
Move into doubt and hesitancy.
They don't trust their own feminine sense of what feels good to them, and they over ride it with information from other gurus or business coaches who often have formulas that THINK will work. And those formulas often do! But if it doesn't feel good to you, chances are it won't work.
The secret as an entrepreneur is to trial and error so you can take action on what your sensing is right for you and receive feedback.
Don't be afraid to fail. It gets' easier and easier to trust yourself as you receive feedback that you were right ALL ALONG!
More often then not you won't fail! You will grow and expand in your capacity to trust yourself and your businesses can flourish from there.

Get to know how you like to flow.
Get to know what what works for you.
Creating and putting out signature offers, and growing your business is often SO much easier than we think.
When we over-complicate and get in our way this is where it becomes HARD and we create struggle.
It doesn't have to be that way.

Celebrating My First $20K Month
This month I’m celebrating my first 20k Month!
I debated sharing this, but I feel it’s important and very tied into my mission of supporting women in making money in a way that feels aligned to their natural flow, while being of high service through their gifts and mission, and doing it all without the burnout (and lots of space for pleasure, intimacy, personal endeavours and family).
I see a world where women feel free in their authentic self expression, and empowered financially so they can also contribute to the planets healing with where massive abundance is intentionally flowing to the places, people and projects we feel support that.
It’s taken a good while to get here. Success to me is defiantly not about the numbers and yet it feels so good to be this supported by money and my business.
I’ve been broke on this path.
Burnt out in this path.
Stuck in slave girl mentality on this path (which resulted in working very very hard with no return or very little financial return).
I have felt lost in this path.
Wanted to give up many many times.
And I have felt invisible In my presence in the world many many times, resulting in an inability to connect my gifts with the community that needs them most.
I truly feel making money with ease, while serving joyfully, pleasurable and passionately is possible!
This month was one was by far one of the most laid back months in my business and yet as I really anchored into my next level prosperity it all flowed.
So I share this as a reminder that:
Wherever you are...KEEP GOING!
I can only tell you if you have a desire to live fully, freely and abundantly doing the work you feel called to do in a way where you still have time for family, self care, personal pursuits and intimacy it is POSSIBLE!
I’ve said this before and I’ll say this again.
My abundance has never come from anyone one set of business strategies.
It came from seeing a vision. Listening to what wanted to come through me, and following he energy of that into fruition. Each piece became the business foundation.
It came from trusting myself and having a few great intuitive business support people along the way where needed as I leaned into my own authentic leadership.
I’ll also tell you that taking care of my energy, and grounding in new ways of being to support the level of prosperity I was seeking was key!
One of the practises I use over and over again to activate the next level of my feminine prosperity is my Akashic Future Self Activation MP3.
